Development Works obtains Personal Information from yourself, by means of data you provide through our website, by e-mail, telephone, app as well as through direct communication for contracting or delivering our services. Furthermore we can obtain your Personal Information through persons form your organisation involved from their role in the course of delivering our services, or through third parties involved

- The content of communication exchanged during contracting and delivering our services. We don’t use data profiling techniques to identify you in a group, based on your Personal Information.

You have the right to request Development Works insight into your Personal Information that Development Works retains. Within 1 month after your request you will receive the Personal Information we retain from you.
